If you want to organize your week to help develop healthy balance of activities, try this:

Each week has a theme with a special picture in the center of the mindmap.  Each day branch includes different types of activities that are color-coded.  In the example below, red is for creative activities, purple for jobs, turquoise for mystery, light blue for relaxation, orange for people, and green for the mundane tasks of everyday life…

Not only does this remind you to keep your days focused, but we can also remember to nourish different parts of ourselves no matter how busy we may be…
