I had the pleasure of doing a graphic recording for an Oxford Leadership Academy café on alignment facilitated in Paris by Tom Hurley.
I definitely understood during the process that there are no short cuts to alignment. There has to be authentic leadership and shared conversations on why going on, including knowing our own why's and leading oneself. That was the part that resonated the most for me in Tom Hurley's blog on the experience. Easier said than done! But good conversations are clearly part of the fun. And the cancer analogy used by Brian Bacon was fascinating (see Tom Hurley's blog!). I always try to remember that the body is strongly motivated to heal itself.
